We are seeking a compassionate
RGN
to join our care team. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to residents, with a focus on end-of-life care. Newly qualified applicants with a passion for nursing are also welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities
Deliver person-centred care in line with care plans and resident needs. Provide end-of-life care and support where applicable. Administer medications and perform nursing procedures safely. Monitor and assess residents' health and wellbeing. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with care standards.

Qualified
RGN
. Experience in end-of-life care is desirable but not essential. Newly qualified nurses with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
