Join our dynamic rhythmic gymnastics club as a Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach and help young athletes master the beautiful art of rhythmic gymnastics. We're seeking an enthusiastic coach who combines technical expertise with passion for developing grace, artistry, and athletic excellence.
What You'll Do
Training & Development
Design personalized training programs for rhythmic gymnasts of varying skill levels
Teach apparatus work (ribbon, hoop, ball, clubs, rope) and body movement techniques
Conduct engaging practice sessions while maintaining strict safety standards
Develop choreography and help athletes perfect their routines
Performance & Competition
Prepare athletes for competitions and performances
Focus on artistry, technical precision, and performance quality
Provide constructive feedback to build both skill and confidence
Foster teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
What We're Looking For:
Essential
Experience in rhythmic gymnastics coaching or performance
Strong knowledge of RG apparatus techniques and choreography
Understanding of rhythmic gymnastics rules and scoring systems
Excellent communication skills with young athletes
Passion for rhythmic gymnastics and athlete development
Preferred
Relevant coaching qualifications in rhythmic gymnastics
Competitive rhythmic gymnastics background
Music and choreography experience
First Aid certification
