Join the Funfair Team at Waterside's 5-Star Holiday Parks and create unforgettable memories for our guests. As a Ride Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in providing a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for guests of all ages. What You'll Do:

Attraction Operation

: Operate rides and attractions safely, following established protocols and safety guidelines.

Safety Checks

: Conduct basic pre-opening safety inspections on rides to ensure everything is ready for guests.

Guest Assistance

: Help guests board and exit attractions, ensuring safety restraints are properly secured and providing clear safety instructions.

Guest Experience

: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Cleanliness & Maintenance

: Keep rides and surrounding areas clean and tidy and report any technical issues to management promptly.

Safety Monitoring

: Ensure all guests follow safety rules and intervene professionally when necessary.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail with a commitment to safety. A proactive, reliable, and punctual approach to work. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Physically fit to stand for extended periods and assist guests as required. Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in a theme park environment. (desirable) Basic First Aid training. (desirable)
