Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rigging Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

Duties

Receive and check the initial build instruction and raise any concerns prior to assigning resource to the job. Where applicable, organise a site survey to obtain the relevant information. Order kit. Produce site RAMs. Obtain in a safe manner field data to facilitate the engineering and build process. Coordinating and utilising resources from the design construction and rigging functions and liaising with acquisition team effectively. Mange and coordinate third party contractors. Develop relationships with client contacts. Obtain and utilise expertise in client technical specifications and systems to facilitate the successful delivery of design solutions. Preparation and consideration of reports for review by the management team. Ensuring compliance with health and safety and QMS Policies. Ensuring compliance with CDM. Planning the project to deliver within the constraints of time, cost and quality. A working knowledge and adherence to WHP's HSE Management system at all times with regards to your role/department or project. Any other duties that the company may reasonably determine from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience in customer facing role Excellent knowledge of IT systems (Excel, Outlook etc.) Excellent project coordination and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Team management skills Ability to communicate at all levels Commercial awareness Ability to coordinate design and construction activities
Working hours: 37.5 per week
