About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Inspector based the the Kent/Sussex or South London areas to join our Independent Inspections and Assessment team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our inspection services, particularly in disputes between installers and consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Independent Inspection and Assessment Manager in the delivery of Independent Inspections to meet revenue targets within the agreed budget.
Manage contracts and documentation related to Independent Inspections.
Conduct initial triage calls to provide accurate quotations for inspection services.
Oversee the quality assurance process for all outgoing reports, ensuring they meet company standards.
Carry out various inspections, including Condition Reports, S75 reports, CPR35 compliant reports, FENSA inspections, Complaint Investigations, and MTC assessments.
Develop and implement processes, procedures, and reporting formats in collaboration with senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and conferences.
Keep up to date with relevant legislation, regulations, and technical standards.
About You:
Extensive inspection and report writing experience, ideally within the window and glazing industry or similar technical sector.
Highly experienced in window installation and surveying.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly and professionally.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven track record in delivering high-quality reports and maintaining industry standards.
RICS accreditation is desirable but not essential.
Willingness to travel for inspections and events as required.
