Join Our Risk and Best Practice Team - Help Shape How We Manage Risk and embrace Innovation





We are looking for a lawyer to join our Risk and Best Practice team, supporting the firm in managing risk and ensuring compliance across supplier and technology contracts, as well as data protection obligations. You will work closely with colleagues across the business, providing practical advice that helps us operate securely and responsibly while adopting new technologies with confidence.


What you'll be doing:




Reviewing, negotiating, and drafting supplier contract terms, ensuring alignment with the firm's policies and ISO standards. Supporting supplier onboarding, including information security and data protection due diligence. Advising colleagues on third-party due diligence requirements Providing risk input on the adoption of new technologies, including generative AI tools. Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and helping to implement any required changes. Assisting with training and awareness on supplier engagement and data protection. Preparing reports for internal stakeholders and supporting audit-related changes.

What we're looking for:




A Practicing Certificate or a strong track record in an in-house legal team or a law firm. Experience with technology or SaaS contracts and data protection is desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.

We offer a flexible hybrid working model, with 2-3 days a week in our Bristol office and the rest working from home so you can collaborate effectively while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
