A dynamic and expanding law firm is seeking a skilled Risk & Compliance Manager to help shape and maintain a robust compliance framework. This full-time position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with flexibility across multiple office locations and occasional travel.

The Opportunity

This is a key role for a professional with at least five years of experience in risk and compliance, ideally within a legal or professional services environment. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the firm operates ethically, efficiently, and in full alignment with regulatory standards

Key Responsibilities

Oversee compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, including professional standards, anti-money laundering, and data protection Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures to manage risk and ensure best practice Conduct audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews, offering clear recommendations for improvement Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters and regulatory responsibilities Assist with client due diligence and risk management processes Collaborate with leadership to embed a culture of compliance across the firm
