Technical Analyst - Risk Capture

Pro currently has an exciting opportunity to join its Risk Capture team as a Technical Analyst, within Underwriting Services. The job holder will meet all Client service levels, deliverables and deadlines for the processing of Risk Capture documents.

Pro operates a hybrid policy and this role is based in either Gloucester or Liverpool and work at home.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Support the Client Team Manager and Team Leader in producing the Monthly and Quarterly Service Delivery and Client Governance meetings. Processing Risks and endorsements into a client system in an efficient manner and in line with client SLA's Carry out QA analysis feeding back results to the team Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and query analysis Deliver training to new members of the team. Review and produce detailed and robust training plans for in office and remote training Provide technical support to develop the team Have an understanding and appreciation of the importance of adherence to Client KPIs and SLAs Some supervisory responsibilities will be expected

Skills and Experience

Strong technical skills and ability to prioritise the workload of the team to meet deadlines. Good understanding of London market systems and procedures. An understanding of Risk Capture Underwriting market and processes essential. Experience of various Underwriting platforms and document management systems is desirable. Excellent communication skills essential. Good experience in working with Microsoft packages including Excel and PowerPoint. Essential to be able to maintain a conscientious, positive and enthusiastic approach to work, maintaining good working relationships with colleagues and clients. Ability to work remotely
