Job Description


The Risk Management and Excellence Assistant is a varied role supporting the Risk and Excellence team. Working with all the teams across the function in duties that support the delivery of risk and excellence agenda across the Firm. This will range from assisting with compliance audits, dealing with subject Access requests, supporting the leadership team with board reports and presentations arranging travel and accommodation, arranging meetings, taking minutes at key meetings, support the production of documents, complete standard reports and raise purchase orders.

The responsibilities will include;

Support the Risk and Excellence leadership team with the preparation of Board and Committee reports and presentations;

Support the Compliance Audit team by assisting them in compliance audit administration;

Work with the Data Protection Manager dealing with Subject Access Requesting ensuring that the correct documents are pulled together for review and where calls are undertaken, transcripts are typed up of the conversations;

Work with the Complaints Manager dealing with different aspects of the end to end complaints journey including logging complaints, assigning investigators and ensuring response deadlines are met;

Ideally you will have these skills;

Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication and able to deal effectively with queries;
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications particularly word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook and other workshare sites;
Ability to build productive working relationships with internal and external parties;
Ability to demonstrate excellent organisational skills including multitasking skills;
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all areas of work;
