About The Role
Knight Frank is looking to hire a Risk Reporting & Governance Specialist to join their Head Office in Baker Street.

Role:
The Risk function is seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to coordinate global risk activities, support the Risk Committee, and lead the development and delivery of risk reporting to senior leadership and Board committees.
Directly reporting to the CRO, the role also involves contributing to departmental change initiatives and collaborating with teams such as HR and Technology. Key responsibilities include producing insightful risk analysis, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and supporting governance through active involvement in global and regional Risk Committees.
Responsibilities:
Global Risk Governance Support:
Support the global risk governance structure, ensuring reporting aligns with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) principles and risk appetite frameworks.
Provide guidance and support to regional risk reporting teams (where applicable), ensuring consistent global standards.
Act as secretary to global risk committees -- Preparing agendas, drafting accurate and concise meeting minutes, tracking actions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Risk Reporting Framework:
Work with risk leaders to develop and maintain a consistent global risk reporting framework aligned with regulatory, operational, and strategic requirements.
Drive enhancements to risk reporting and analysis processes, leveraging technology and automation to increase efficiency and insight.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Gather, consolidate, and validate risk data from regional and service line teams.
Perform data analysis to identify risk trends, emerging issues, and areas requiring management attention.
Translate complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
Produce accurate and timely regular risk reports and dashboards for the Global and regional Risk Committees, UK Board, Global Executive Board, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Support the CRO through coordination and support in preparation of ad hoc reports and presentations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with senior leaders across the UK and international offices to identify, assess, and report on emerging risks, including financial, operational, regulatory, and reputational.
Compliance & Regulation:
Work with compliance and legal teams to monitor relevant regulatory requirements and ensure reporting meets applicable standards across all jurisdictions.
Key Experience Required:
Proven experience in risk management, reporting, or governance, ideally within real estate, financial services, or professional services.
Strong knowledge of risk frameworks (ERM, operational risk, compliance risk, financial risk) and governance principles
Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
Demonstrated experience in committee/board secretariat duties, including accurate minute-taking, action tracking, and preparing Board-level reporting packs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging at Board and Executive Committee level.
Ability to interpret and simplify complex data for senior, non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in working within a global organisation and managing cross-border stakeholders.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple deliverables.
Professional; qualifications in Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, or Finance (e.g., IRM, CFA, ACA, PRM) preferred.
