Brief Description
As a risk and value analyst you will provide Risk and Value Management services to project and programme teams within Central route, and the Works Delivery organisation within the region.

About the role (External)
What will you be doing?
We're looking for a proactive professional to lead risk and value management across projects, ensuring compliance with corporate procedures such as PACE and DWWP. The role involves identifying and analysing risks, maintaining accurate risk registers, delivering insightful assessments, and advising on contingency. You'll provide regular risk reports, coordinate risk management activities, and support teams across the business.
What we're looking for
In order to be successful in this role, we would like you to have/to be:
Expert in all aspects of project and business risk management facilitation
Able to build risk models in a number of applications, which accurately represent the complexities of cost, schedule and business risk
Able to coach and challenge management and non specialists, the results of risk management
Knowledge of risk management techniques
Knowledge of project management and project control processes.
It's not mandatory to have the below, but it would be desirable to have:
Membership of the Institute of Risk Management or Association for Project Management Risk Practitioner
Experience in Network Rail's project management processes and procedures
Previous experience in using SAFRAN
starting from 35,582 raising to 42,218 per annum. Network Rail adheres to a structured pay framework, any salary offered will be within the pay range advertised.
