REQUIREMENTS To be a successful Senior Nurse Practitioner in our team you will be: Professionally registered as a Mental Health Nurse within NMC Able to lead on service development and project management, audit and evaluate care & treatment to develop the service Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Have experience of providing supervision Show evidence of CPD It is preferrable for applicants to have experience of working in Eating Disorder Services and/ or CAMHS although not essential You must be able to demonstrate a caring, compassionate and non-judgmental attitude, and show a commitment to making a difference when supporting young people and their families on their recovery journeys Flexible working will be considered in line with the Trust policy. Due to the nature of the service and interventions we provide, staff are required to be on site daily, with some opportunity to hybrid work on an adhoc basis See attached and Person Specification for full details.
