Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team to ensure that management of customer returns (RMA) and spares delivery meets the levels of customer service required by the business. The processes are robust and the feedback to production and design is rapid for repeated failures. To manage ISO 9001 and factory safety approval.

Responsibilities

Booking in of customer returns Booking out of customer returns Stock control of customer returns. Ensuring decision on each RMAs is done within a week Create and close job (works order) for processing RMA Manage the Customer Service Engineers workload Manage the RMA Spares Administrator Hands on role regarding investigations, fault finding and problem solving. Ensure each RMA is processed in a timely manner (max. 3 months) MR processing (scrap, send back to supplier etc.) INTREP (PCB assemblies - control process including feedback to supplier to ensure fault can be found (test coverage) Ensuring all documentation is completed and processed Manage the spares sales order book Manage the processing of all spare Manage and review Kanban for 'popular' spares Produce daily, weekly and monthly KPIs To analyse frequency of RMA with failure/repair Liaise with QA, Customer Support, Manufacturing and Design. To manage ISO 9001 policies, procedures, internal and external audit To manage safety approvals for factory and offshore manufactures Any task commensurate with the role

Experience

Experience working in a Quality environment and RMA/Test department. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Product Safety Approvals Understanding of PCB's and able to read schematics Good organisational skills. Able manage a small team of Engineers Good Communication skills Able to analyse data and reach a conclusion Ability to work well independently and make decisions Able to use Office 365 effectively Able to use the database Epicor
