Who We're Looking For:



We're looking for Registered Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses who:

Are energised by innovation and want to be part of building a sector-leading service from the ground up Are committed to recovery, trauma-informed care, and the rights of people with mental health challenges and learning disabilities Have experience in (or a desire to work with) adults with complex emotional needs, forensic histories, dual diagnoses, and/or behaviours that challenge Are resilient, reflective, and thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment Want to lead therapeutic sessions, not just manage medications
