Job Overview

We are looking to recruit Mental Health Nurses to join the team in the new CAMHS Ward opening as this private hospital located in Chelmsford, Essex, This is a full time 37.5 hours role.

Situated within three acres of landscaped grounds, This private hospital is known for its calming, recovery-focused environment. We offer high-quality residential, day care and outpatient services for up to 56 service users.

As registered mental health nurse, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.

The role requires a registered nurse with an active NMC PIN and at least 12 months of post-qualifying experience, including relevant mental health and clinical experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong commitment to change, improvement, and quality. You should be able to develop and apply flexible and innovative approaches to practice, and possess excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
