Job Overview

From our headquarters in London, Immediate Medical Solutions works closely with the NHS and private sector to provide high quality Health and Social Care Services. As an NHS and Local Authorities approved provider, we are trusted to deliver best services via experienced, qualified staff. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse and Registered General Health Nurse to join our team.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs and develop individualised care plans. Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects and effectiveness. Provide therapeutic support and counselling to patients, helping them navigate their mental health journeys. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive treatment strategies.

Skills

Strong patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards individuals with mental health issues.

Requirements

Current registration with the NMC as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Minimum 1 year of experience within the NHS or similar healthcare environment (required)

8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts Flexible shift patterns to fit your lifestyle
Successful candidates will be required to provide documentation to support compliance with NHS employment standards.
