Registered Mental Health Nurse
Working alongside a dedicated staff team within a registered Mental Health Nursing Home
Working on a shift pattern
assessing and planning nursing care requirements
organising workloads
building relationships with, reassuring, and listening to and talking to patients
administering medication
agreeing and reviewing care plans and monitoring progress within Keyworker role
giving advice and arranging support for patients, relatives and carers
liaising with Home Manager, Lead Mental health Nurse, staff, doctors, social workers and other professionals
writing and updating patient records, alongside review process
encouraging patients to take part in therapeutic activities
We are looking for a motavated candadate to fill this role.
