Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, conducting audits, and participating in clinical governance meetings. Undertake initial holistic nursing assessments in partnership with the client, family andcarer Develop individualised care plans in partnership with the client, their family and otherhealthcare professionals, reviewing and updating them in line with policies and Standard Operating Procedures Identify and manage risks as part of care provision, producing positive risk-taking, risk-management plans and implementing safety precautions Deliver client-specific clinical training for staff and delegate tasks via the Nursing Upskill and Competency Framework Process Mentor and supervise workers,providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development
