Role Overview

We are currently seeking a

Registered Nurse - RNLD or RMN

to join our experienced and compassionate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans Support residents with learning disabilities and/or mental health conditions Administer medication and monitor treatment plans Work closely with the wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic care Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with CQC and NMC standards Provide guidance and supervision to care staff Promote a safe, therapeutic, and person-centred environment

What We're Looking For

Registered Nurse (RNLD or RMN)

with valid

NMC registration

Previous experience in a mental health or learning disability setting (preferred but not essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A compassionate and patient-centred approach Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
