About Us:

ND Services Ltd is a well-established and fast-growing business, operating from a purpose-built site at Membury Aerial Business Park, just off the M4. We provide a nationwide, industry-leading breakdown and recovery service and operate a fully equipped workshop for cars and commercial vehicles.

We work directly with National Highways, handling accident and breakdown recovery across our region, and also support many national breakdown providers, main dealers, local fleets, and general retail customers.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Roadside Recovery Driver to recover broken-down and accident-damaged vehicles, attend live incidents including RTCs, and handle a diverse range of recovery situations.

You'll be representing the front line of ND Services, delivering first-class service to stranded motorists, often in stressful or fast-moving situations. No two jobs are the same, and the role is perfect for those who enjoy variety, independence, and a challenge.

Shifts and Training:

Monday to Friday: 7:00pm to 4:00am

Full in-house training provided to ensure you're confident, capable, and safe in the role We also fund industry-relevant training courses as part of your long-term development

Pay:

16.50 per hour

Overtime paid at 18.50 per hour after 9 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities:

Recover broken down and accident-damaged vehicles, including those off-road or heavily damaged Attend live incident scenes and RTCs Safely load and secure vehicles using recovery equipment Deliver excellent customer service to motorists in distress Maintain and inspect recovery vehicle and equipment Report any defects or concerns promptly

Requirements:

Category C+E (Class 1) licence, CPC, and digital tachograph card Smart appearance and professional attitude Calm and decisive in challenging environments Willingness to learn and a proactive work ethic
