Are you interested in robotics or agriculture, and looking for something exciting with huge impact? Join us to support our robotics in action operating in real farms to protect fruit from disease!
We are looking for a
Robot Operator
to join the Antobot team for the 2025 growing season. The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining our award-winning robots on-site at our partner farms.
About the Role
Our Protect(TM) robots travel autonomously up and down rows of strawberries in polytunnels applying UV-C treatment from UV light panels on the robot to protect the fruit from developing disease. The role of the Robot Operator is to supervise the robots and monitor their performance. As the UV treatment works best in low light conditions, the Robot Operator will need to work in evenings/night shifts.
This role is an amazing opportunity to get hands-on experience with cutting-edge robotics helping to increase sustainability in agriculture. You will be working outside in the beautiful UK countryside on-site with our farming partners and collaborating with our highly innovative team to deliver a great service.
