Wilson Associates Ltd are looking to recruit a skilled Operator to join our client The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in fabrication processes. This role involves operating various machinery and tools, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to the overall efficiency, a knowledge of welding would be an advantage

Responsibilities

Load the machine with parts up to 25kg in weight. Handle materials effectively, ensuring proper storage and movement within the warehouse. Assemble components accurately, adhering to specifications and quality standards. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Use hand tools proficiently for various tasks throughout the production process. Apply basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.
Experience

Previous experience in a Engineering environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with tooling processes and materials handling is advantageous. Proficiency in welding techniques and assembly practices is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. The hours are 6am-2pm, 2pm -10pm. initially you will be on one shift then will start a shift rotation

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: 12.33-14.39 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
