. We're seeking enthusiastic

Robotic Drinks Retail Associates

to join our team!

This isn't your average drinks shop job. While our advanced robot arms handle the precise preparation of bubble tea, matcha lattes, iced coffee, and fresh lemonades for customer pickup, you'll be responsible for preparing the main ingredients and doing refills, as well as being at the forefront of customer interaction, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for every visitor. This unique role offers a chance to work in a high-tech environment where innovation meets deliciousness!

Key Responsibilities

Morning setup:

Prepare and load fresh ingredients

System management:

Start, monitor, and manage the robotic system using our simple dashboards with just a few clicks - no tech expertise needed!

Restocking:

Refill components and respond to system alerts throughout the day

Customer assistance:

Help customers with questions and QR code ordering when needed

Daily maintenance:

Clean the workspace and close the shop at end of day

Supply management:

Manage daily ingredient deliveries and order from suppliers

What we're looking for:

Friendly, reliable attitude Comfortable with basic technology (think smartphone level!) Available for flexible shifts

No barista experience needed - our robots make the drinks!

No tech background required - everything is controlled from simple dashboards with just a few clicks

Preferred:

Previous bubble tea shop experience Customer service experience Food hygiene certificate

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.25-14.25 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
