The Role:

Responsible for operating robotic welder to produce component required for trailers and agricultural machinery. The successful candidate will learn how to operate and maintain our robotic welders, loading and unloading of materials, ensuring all programmed welds have been completed and completing manual corrections if required. There will be a clear development path for our Robotic welding team from operator to technician. Producing products as detailed in Technical Engineering Drawings. Working to production schedule to maximise efficiency. Ensuring all materials produced are meeting high quality standards. Understanding and adhering to company Health and Safety policies and procedures.

The Person:

Ideal candidate will also have manual MIG welding experience Strong communication skills. Organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan daily workload. Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
