Role Overview

We are seeking a

Robotics & Automation Engineer

with strong

hands-on experience operating machines and robots

. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with cutting-edge automation systems, contributing to innovative R&D projects and supporting the development of advanced manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, program, and maintain industrial robots, automation systems, and advanced machinery. Support R&D activities in robotics and automation for manufacturing. Assist in system integration, testing, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve processes and develop new automation solutions. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.

Requirements

Degree / HND / equivalent experience in Robotics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Proven

hands-on experience operating robots and automated systems

(industrial or research). Knowledge of control systems, PLCs, or robotic programming (advantageous). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Available for

immediate start

in Sheffield.
