The Opportunity
Participate and continue with own learning and studies whilst completing a range of routine duties and tasks.
Work with and learn from our control systems engineers to specialize in building test systems.
Develop automated test systems and fixtures, including COBOTS, PLC, SCADA, Pneumatic Control, Stepper Motor and Linear Drives.
Research and implement new technologies to aid in the lifecycle testing of Numatic products and components.
Contribute to detailed specifications, requirements, and documentation throughout a development cycle.
Listen to feedback to gain skills and improve own knowledge on design and project work.
Engage and learn from internal specialists, to ensure own knowledge base is solution focused to support continuous improvement through innovation and commercialisation.
Ensure attention to detail, seek feedback on rectification of error when engaged on project work.
Use creativity; develop interests in your area of specialism.
About You:
A recognised engineering qualification ONC, NVQ, HNC, degree level or equivalent demonstrable experience within any of: electrical systems/control systems/fabrication is must have
Knowledge of different Po Logic Control (PLC) languages.
Knowledge and experience in the use of 3D Computer Aided Drawing (CAD)
Robust analytical and critical thinking.
Very strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
Excellent communication skills
