Job Overview

RCS Doors is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Roll Forming & Finishing Engineer to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in the manufacturing of high?quality roller shutter door components. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Operate roll?forming machinery to produce lath in a range of SWG thicknesses to accurate lengths and quality standards. Fit appropriate endlocks to lath, including cast steel, nylon, and other required types. Read and interpret design and production paperwork accurately. Use a range of hand tools such as grinders and rivet guns. Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workspace at all times. Work effectively as part of a team with high work ethic and reliability. Operate a hand stacker or forklift (advantageous but not essential - training can be provided).
What We're Looking For

Experience in manufacturing or mechanical environments (preferred). Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high?quality work. Good practical and mechanical skills. Ability to follow instructions and work to set standards. Punctual, reliable, and able to contribute to a positive team culture.
Salary & Benefits

12.21 an hour Full training and skill development opportunities.
