Overview:
We are seeking Self employed skilled Flat Roofers (Felt)with cscs cards to join our team we are a small team that work well together . As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work at heights and perform heavy lifting. Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as shingles, tiles, or metal felt
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs
- Remove old roofing materials and properly dispose of them
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Install insulation and vapor barriers as needed
- Ensure roofs are watertight by sealing any gaps or leaks
- Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment when working at heights
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Skills:
- Proficient in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, and drills
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Ability to weld or perform basic metal fabrication is a plus
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting
- Experience using power tools for cutting, shaping, and fastening materials
- Knowledge of masonry work for chimney repairs or flashing installation
- Basic plumbing skills for installing roof vents or gutters
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure roofs are properly aligned and sealed
