Overview

We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of roofing systems and techniques, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing materials on residential and commercial properties.

Duties

Install new roofing systems using materials such as shingles, tiles, and metal. Repair existing roofs by identifying leaks and replacing damaged sections. Work with various tools including power tools and hand tools to complete roofing tasks. Read and interpret schematics to understand project specifications. Perform masonry work as needed for roof installation or repair. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards. Conduct heavy lifting as required during the installation process.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years roofing experience required Experience using power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently. Strong physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or climbing. Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to roofing is beneficial.
