Surrey, London, and projects across the South East including Brighton and Southampton.

We deliver low-carbon solutions such as Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV, and Battery Storage Systems. As our renewables division continues to grow, we are looking for skilled and motivated Roofers & Solar Panel Installers to support ongoing installation projects.

Role Overview

This position focuses purely on

physical solar panel installation and roofing works

. You will work as part of a site team responsible for panel mounting, roof-based preparation, safe access, fixing systems, and ensuring high-quality workmanship on domestic and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out

roof preparation, panel mounting, racking, fixing, and weatherproofing

. Install

solar PV roof-mount systems

(no electrical connection work required). Ensure

safe working practices

at height and adherence to all site H&S procedures. Complete required paperwork, job reports, and photographic evidence. Work collaboratively with EcoGlow's install teams and supervisors. Travel between sites as required across Surrey, London, and the South East.

Requirements

Proven experience in

roofing

and

solar panel installation

(domestic or commercial). Strong understanding of

mounting systems, roof structures, and fixing best practices

. Comfortable working at height on various roof types.

Working at Heights

qualification (training available).

Manual Handling

qualification (training available). Full UK Driving Licence. Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently or within a team. Good attention to detail and completion of site documentation. Willingness to travel.

Monday to Friday- Overtime Available

Pay: Up to 52,000.00 per year
