Hyde is looking for a Roofer Improver.

As a Roofer Improver at Hyde you will be working within the Property Services team to assist roofers in maintaining, repairing and installing roofs across Hyde's housing stock.

Responsibilities

Support roofers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs Carry, organise, and transport materials and tools to work sites Assist with locating and repairing leaks, replacing damaged sections, and clearing gutters Maintain a clean and safe working environment, disposing of waste properly Follow health and safety regulations, using equipment and PPE correctly

Skills and Experience Required

Background in construction, labouring, or a related trade (roofing experience an advantage) Physically fit and able to lift/carry materials Good teamwork and communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Strong customer service ethic
