About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking

Roofer's Mate

to join our team, working across projects in the Cotswolds. You will support experienced roofers on a variety of jobs, including installations, repairs, and maintenance on pitched and flat roofs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting roofers with day-to-day tasks on site. Preparing and carrying materials, tools, and equipment. Ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times. Keeping the work area clean and organised. Learning and developing skills to progress within the trade.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of general roofing experience

(essential). Good knowledge of basic roofing practices and materials. Physically fit and comfortable working at heights. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Full UK driving licence (preferred, but not essential).
