We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and construction, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs, ensuring they are watertight and structurally sound. The successful applicant will be comfortable working at heights and possess the necessary skills to carry out roofing tasks safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofs, including flat, pitched, and tiled roofs.
Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing roofing materials
Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working at heights or using heavy lifting equipment.
Maintain a clean and organised work area throughout the duration of projects.
Qualifications
Proven experience in roofing or a related construction field is essential.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment specific to roofing tasks.
Experience in welding is advantageous but not mandator
