Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on various structures. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and working with hand and power tools.

Duties:
- Install, repair, and replace roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Fabricate and install flashing to prevent water penetration
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine necessary repairs
- Remove old roofing materials and properly dispose of them
- Install insulation or vapor barriers as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when working at heights

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building materials, techniques, and tools used in roofing
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing work
- Familiarity with masonry work is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions
