As a Roofer/Laborer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Duties:
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Installing new roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Repairing damaged roofs by replacing shingles, tiles, or other roofing materials
- Maintaining existing roofs by conducting inspections, identifying issues, and making necessary repairs
- Removing old roofing materials and preparing surfaces for new installations
- Measuring and cutting roofing materials to fit specific areas of the roof
- Applying waterproofing materials to protect roofs from water damage
- Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets quality standards

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in roofing or construction is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address roofing issues.
- Valid driver's license to travel to job sites.
