Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Also they must be polite, well presented and have good time keeping. This role is essential for supporting various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, striping roofs, ensuring a safe and organised working environment. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively as required for specific tasks. Perform manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Follow instructions from Roofers Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, reporting any hazards or incidents immediately. Assist with the installation of fixtures, fittings, or equipment under the guidance of skilled tradespeople. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, performing basic maintenance as necessary.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labouring role or related field is preferred but not essential. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team setting. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods. Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is advantageous. A valid driver's licence is essential Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.
Rate of pay will be discussed with appropriate candidate and will be based on experience.
