We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, mechanical knowledge, and experience with commercial driving, including flatbed operations.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles, to deliver goods to work places and between jobs. Plan route entry to meet delivery schedules and optimise fuel usage. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are secured properly during transit. Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status or delays. Adhere strictly to all road safety laws and company policies during driving duties. Provide excellent customer service by representing the company professionally during deliveries.

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial driving. Strong driving skills with a valid driver's licence or equivalent qualification. . Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members. Ability to organise workload efficiently and work independently under minimal supervision. A clean driving record and the ability to pass relevant background checks are essential.

Pay: 100.00-150.00 per day
