An exciting opportunity to join Western Counties Roofing, the South West's largest roofing contractor and market leader!

We are seeking an Apprentice to join our Slate Tiling team and learn the ropes of the trade. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience.

The role will include:

- A dedicated mentor, the mentor will train you and teach you the skills of the trade.

- Installing slates and tiles

- Operate power tools and hand tools under supervision.

- Install underlay, battens and related roofing materials.

- Carry out a range of job tasks including measuring, marking out, fitting, finishing, positioning and securing.

- Solar panel installation.

Qualifications:

- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in various trades.

- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.

- Strong interest in becoming a fully qualified roofer.

Tools/PPE:

- You'll receive a full tool kit when you have been officially enrolled onto an apprenticeship.

- After 3 months, you will receive a nail gun.

- All PPE and uniform is provided.
