About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Roofing and Cladding Site Manager

to join our team on a 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable specialist contractor delivering high-quality envelope packages across the Greater Manchester and wider North West area.

Key Responsibilities

Overall management of roofing and cladding contracts from start to finish Site supervision and coordination of operatives and subcontractors Client liaison, including reporting and progress updates Health & Safety management including RAMS preparation and implementation Organisation and procurement of site materials and plant Monitoring site progress and maintaining project schedules Attending site meetings Ensuring quality standards, deadlines, and cost plans are maintained Maintaining site documentation and filing systems Proactive resolution of site issues and communication with project stakeholders Any other tasks as directed by senior management

Requirements

Proven experience in Site, Contracts or Project Management (roofing/cladding sector preferred) Valid SMSTS certificate (or equivalent) CSCS card holder Full UK Driving Licence Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage a projects IT literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
