We are seeking skilled Roofing professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of roofing systems and techniques, with the ability to work effectively in a variety of weather conditions. This role involves both the installation and repair of roofing materials, ensuring that structures are protected from the elements while meeting industry standard

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems, including flat and pitched roofs. Utilise power tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete roofing tasks. Fabricate roofing components as needed, ensuring accuracy in measurements and specifications. Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications. Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard. Conduct inspections of roofs to identify potential issues or areas needing repair. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in roofing or a related field is highly desirable. Proficiency in using power tools and equipment relevant to roofing tasks. Ability to plumb structures accurately for proper drainage and water flow. Experience with masonry work is an advantage. Strong skills in building and fabrication techniques. Capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 kg) as part of daily duties. Welding skills are considered a plus for certain projects. A valid driving licence is preferred for transportation to job sites. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
