Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Roofing Experts to join our dedicated team. The successful candidates will be rewarded and valued for taking responsibility in installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on a variety of commercial and residential properties. This will be mostly working directly with private homeowners on their properties but will also be working with other businesses like local builders, housing associations and local authority contracts. This role requires a strong understanding of construction principles, safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment for a company that is going to value you for your professionalism! Our company works to NFRC and FMB standards and will train you, support you and positively encourage you to succeed if you can demonstrate the right attitude and behaviours. Candidates should possess a range of skills including the use of hand tools, power tools, people skills and have respect for other peoples property. Responsibilities

Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and roofing plans to execute projects accurately. Install new roofing systems, including materials such as shingles, metal sheets, or membranes. Repair or replace damaged roofing components with precision and attention to detail. Utilise hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques to complete tasks efficiently. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely in accordance with health and safety regulations. Conduct masonry work or carpentry as required for roofing structures or supports. Assist with plumbing or other related construction tasks when necessary. Ensure all work complies with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organised work site at all times to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in roofing, construction, or related trades such as carpentry or masonry-desirable Customer care desirable Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and roofing tools and access equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a physically demanding environment. Strong understanding of roofing materials and installation techniques. Good organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship. Relevant certifications or training in roofing or construction trades are desirable but not essential. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions safely. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to delivering durable roofing solutions that exceed client expectations(we raise the standards) while adhering to all safety standards.
