We are looking for an experienced Roofing Foreman to oversee daily roofing operations and manage teams on-site. This role is hands-on and requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and solid roofing knowledge. You'll be responsible for keeping jobs running smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Supervise roofers and labourers on multiple job sites
Organise and allocate roofers and labourers each morning
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Monitor workmanship and productivity throughout the day
Handle and resolve any issues that arise on-site
Price roofing jobs accurately and efficiently
Communicate with management, suppliers, and crew members
Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are ready for each job
Enforce health and safety requirements
Requirements
Proven experience in roofing (foreman or senior roofer preferred)
Strong leadership and crew management skills
Ability to price jobs and understand project costs
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Reliable, organised, and able to work under pressure
Valid driver's licence
Knowledge of safety regulations and roofing standards
Weekly pay looking to train up and start as soon as possible.
