The Role
As a Roofing Labourer, you'll be working closely with our experienced roofers on a variety of projects -- from residential re-roofs to specialist installations. You'll learn the trade hands-on, gaining skills that will set you up for a long-term career in the industry.
Key Duties:
Assisting roofers with daily tasks on-site
Carrying and preparing materials
Keeping the site tidy and safe
Learning roofing techniques and using tools under supervision
Supporting the team to deliver high-quality work on time
What We're Looking For:
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weathers
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working at heights (full safety training provided)
Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
