Aiir Roofing Solutions Ltd is a family-run, specialist roofing contractor blending traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques across heritage, commercial and domestic projects.

We're expanding and looking for a hands-on Roofing Labourer to join our team.

What We're Looking For:

CSCS Card (Essential) Full UK Driving Licence (Essential) Good physical fitness - able to lift, carry and work at height Punctual, polite and hardworking - with a genuine interest in roofing Willingness to work across various roofing disciplines: slating/tiling, flat roofing, leadwork, guttering and more Able to follow site instructions and uphold safety standards Previous experience in construction or roofing (preferred but not essential)
Additional Requirements:

You must be open to full vetting and DBS checks On-site drug and alcohol testing may be conducted as part of our safety-first policy Must be reliable and willing to work in all weather conditions Flexibility to travel across the region.
