Job Description

```Duties:```
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new roofing installation
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Install or repair flashing, gutters, and downspouts
- Ensure roofs are properly sealed and waterproofed
- Clean up job sites and dispose of debris properly

```Experience:```
- Previous experience in roofing or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Proficient in heavy lifting and physical labor
- Familiarity with masonry work, including bricklaying and concrete pouring
- Skilled in using power tools and hand tools to fabricate, cut, and shape roofing materials
- Basic carpentry skills for framing and repairing roof structures
- Welding experience is a plus
