Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Roofing Sales Manager to join our team in our Swinton branch. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. Your leadership will be key in fostering relationships with clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 07:30am to 17:00pm and alternate Saturdays 08:00am to 12:00pm.

Pay:

30,000 - 37,000 DOE

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve. Collaborate with branch and external sales teams to identify opportunities and drive growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales management in the roofing sector. (essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for customer service. Commercial awareness and confidence in negotiating with suppliers and customers. IT literacy and familiarity with stock/order management systems.
