We are looking for a friendly, reliable and detail-focused
Room Attendant
to join our dedicated housekeeping team at the beautiful
St Giles House Hotel
, located in the heart of Norwich.
About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay. You'll be responsible for cleaning and presenting guest rooms and public areas to the highest standard, while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Clean, tidy and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard
Replenish towels, linens, toiletries and other amenities
Report any maintenance issues or lost property promptly
Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times
Support the housekeeping team and assist in public area cleaning as required
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Reliable, with strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Available to work weekends - this is essential
Flexible with working hours (20-30 hours per week)
Friendly and approachable, with a positive attitude
