Room Attendants

Corus Hotels understands the challenges of juggling work life and home life and we are in a position where we can make a difference or make returning to work much easier.

Several job opportunities have arisen to join our highly driven motivated team, we are looking for responsible, hard- working individuals who can dedicate 4 hours per day to work with our housekeeping team. This position does include weekends and school holidays. All positions are currently 10am-2pm on a casual Engagement. You will aim to work independently with the ability to clean 10-12 rooms per day.

We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role as a room attendant.

What we expect:

Ensuring hotel rooms are cleaned and checked to the high standards required of 10-12 rooms per day

Control costs through correct usage, stock rotation and minimising wastage

Ensure company Health & Safety, Food Safety and COSHH legislations are adhered to

Carry out daily and weekly routines together with any special cleaning duties directed by the Head Housekeeper

Report all maintenance issues immediately following the correct procedure

Skills required-

A successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills, a good eye for detail.

- Flexibility (weekend and bank holidays included)

- Good time keeping.

- Problem solving

Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Schedule

-10am -2pm

- 4 hours per day

-Weekend Availability

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
