Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas within our hotel. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will enhance the overall guest experience and contribute to our reputation for excellence in hospitality.

Duties

Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-presented. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Restock supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and beverages in guest rooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department. Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Assist with laundry duties as needed to ensure a steady supply of clean linens. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services. Uphold the hotel's standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A friendly and approachable demeanour, with strong customer service skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good physical stamina, as the role requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.80 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 36 per week
