Duties

As a room renter in our salon, you will be responsible for:

Delivering exceptional guest services to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Upselling products and services to enhance the overall client experience. Providing outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Performing barbering services, including haircuts and grooming as required. Managing social media accounts to promote your services and engage with clients effectively. Communicating clearly with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Offering specialised treatments such as deep tissue massage and makeup application when applicable. Upholding high standards of hospitality within the salon environment. Managing your schedule and appointments efficiently to maximise client bookings.

Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

Proven experience in guest services within the beauty or wellness industry. Strong skills in upselling and customer service, with a track record of building client relationships. Proficiency in barbering techniques and knowledge of current trends in hair care. Familiarity with social media management to effectively market your services. Excellent communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients from various backgrounds. Experience in providing deep tissue massage or makeup application is advantageous but not essential.
